Smmsure will not be held liable for any losses or damages experienced by users who have not reviewed or adhered to the terms outlined below. Your access to and use of our services signifies your full acceptance of these conditions.

1. Smmsure is designed solely to promote your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media accounts, helping to improve your online presence and visibility.
2. We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will engage with your content, but we do ensure you will receive the number of followers you paid for.
3. While we aim for high-quality accounts, we DO NOT guarantee that all accounts will have a profile picture, a complete bio, or uploaded posts. However, we strive to maintain these standards as much as possible.
4. You agree not to upload any inappropriate content to Smmsure, including nudity or any material that violates the guidelines of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media platforms

Although 80% of orders are typically delivered within less than 24 hours, Smmsure does not guarantee full delivery within this timeframe. We do not provide any specific delivery time guarantees. While we offer our best estimation for order completion during the ordering process, these are only estimates and not promises. Smmsure will not be held responsible for any loss of funds, negative reviews, or account bans resulting from delayed delivery. If you are using our services for time-sensitive purposes or selling on platforms with strict deadlines, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved in using Smmsure.

Refund policy:

1. We can Refund Payment at any time, If you have remaning balance on your account and would like to get refunded to your payment processor, open up a ticket and ask for a refund.
2. By using our services, you agree that once a payment is completed, you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason. If a dispute or chargeback is initiated after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban your account, and remove any followers, likes, or other services delivered to your or your clients' Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts.
3. Orders placed on Smmsure are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once submitted. However, if an order is undeliverable, you will receive a refund credit to your Smmsure account. Please note that orders placed on misplaced or private accounts do not qualify for a refund. Always double-check your order details before confirming.
4. Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in immediate account termination without exceptions.
5. Additionally, please avoid using multiple servers simultaneously for the same page, as this may lead to inaccurate follower or like counts. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
